Bhavana Yoga Center is a place for mind & body practices. It has a holistic approach to everyday life for contemporary people. It offers guidance for a lifestyle that maintains balance and promotes wellness through the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.
We primarily teach classes and workshops based on the Anusara Yoga® method. Additionally, we offer a variety of yoga classes, such as Hatha Yoga, Kundalini Yoga, Yin Yoga, Therapeutics, Yoga Swings and pranayama/ meditation, aiming at helping people of all ages and abilities live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
At Bhāvanā Yoga Center we aim to create a community (kula) of openhearted people who gather to enjoy, practice, share, learn and accomplish a deeper, stronger and more conscious sense of self. We strongly believe that this state of consciousness and well-being can be best established when people come together to support and celebrate it.
