Prerequisites in order to take part at Bhavana Yoga TT:
Our teacher Training will be held from January till June 2018, 2 weekends every month at the premises of Bhavana Yoga Center, in Athens Greece.
The training will be offered in Greek
To join us you will need to have:
At least 1 year of yoga practice
At least 30 hours of practice with Bhavana Yoga teachers and in particular with Konstantinos Charantiniotis before starting the Teacher Training Program.
Upon completion of the 200 hours of our Teacher Training, participants can continue their education towards the 300 or 500 RYT in yoga.
All hours of Bhavana School of Yoga count towards the Yoga Alliance certification and also as hours towards the Anusara School of Yoga.

More about Konstantinos:
Konstantinos is a devoted student of Yoga and Tantra. His passion for personal transformation as well as the awareness, growth and joy yoga brought to his own life, inspired him to want to share these gifts in his own unique way. He has been a teacher for 15 years and is known for his playful manner and his informed and impassioned communication.
For over 20 years Konstantinos has studied and traveled the world actively exploring and studying the art of Yoga and Ayurveda as well as other more contemporary methodologies of self-investigation and health. Over the years he has been blessed with the opportunity to work with incredibly gifted yogi’s from around the world in various traditions, including Sivananda Yoga, Iyengar Yoga, Ashtanga Vinyasa and Anusara Yoga, in which he holds a certification. He also holds a certification on Yoga therapy and as an Ayurvedic practitioner.
His infectious love for life and fascination with the complexity of the human experience, inspires his students to experience yoga beyond the body to uncover their highest potential in all ways, practical and spiritual. His classes encourage students of all levels to work deeply, yet safely, while also awakening them to the possibility of deep emotional change through understanding the mind/body connection.
Konstantinos lives and teaches in Athens, Greece and is the founder of Bhavana Yoga Center. He also travels and teaches internationally inspiring people to live their lives to the fullest, exploring and learning the art of Yoga.
