Konstantinos Charantiniotis is the founder of Bhavana Yoga Center in Athens. He began this center with the desire to create a sacred and healing space for community to gather and cultivate an environment that supports the exploration of health, wellness and spiritual growth.
For over 23 years Konstantinos Charantiniotis has studied and traveled the world actively exploring the art, science and play of Yoga, Tantra and Ayurveda. Certified in the Anusara method, Konstantinos is known for his dedicated practice and a commitment to continuous learning.
His workshops, trainings and retreats are widely recognized for his inspirational style of balancing the holistic teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda with the practicalities of modern living.
Konstantinos lives and teaches in Athens but he also travels and teaches internationally inspiring people to live their lives to the fullest, exploring and learning the art, science, and play of Yoga. His classes encourage students of all levels to work deeply, leading them to a deeper connection with their mind and body.
