Hatha Yoga – Chakra Yoga Flow

In ancient tradition we often find metaphysical elements. These are elements that lay beyond what we perceive as the physical world.

Chakras are among these metaphysical elements. How are we able, through our practice to comprehend and feel in our natural body what is Chakra?

Each energy center (chakra) connects and affects the body organs and at the same time reflects our mental and emotional world.

Lets discover together, through this class, how we can connect with all this information and feel how these metaphysical concepts of an ancient tradition, such as Yoga, work for us today.

* Hatha Yoga – Chakra Yoga Flow every Wednesday 18:00 – 19:20 with Asimakis

Yin – Yang Yoga

Our life is an eternal alternation between light and darkness, action and inaction.

Each and every one of these phases/ moments has different qualities.

How can we benefit from these different energies? How is the body, the breath, the thought when there is action and how when there is inaction?

No matter if your journey in Yoga starts now or you already have the experience, together we will discover challenges and skills under different conditions.

* Yin – Yang Yoga every Friday 18:30 – 19:50 with Asimakis

Vinyasa Flow

Everything flows. Facts, the Universe, our Life change continuously and move uninterruptedly inside us, around us, next to us.

Vinyasa Krama is an idea in Yoga, a practice that has a continuous flow and develoment, like everything that happens in life. The word Vinyasa can be translated as “I put in order and in a specific way” and Krama as “uninterruptedly from the beginning to the end”.

Nothing is detached from what is before and what comes after. Everything has continuity…

A continuity that can follow everyone of you, even those who are not experienced with yoga before.

Come with us to learn the vinyasa krama philosophy, and focus on the right alignment in order to learn how to connect each breath, with our movement and our purpose.

The highest aim is to connect with the sequence of things and let ourselves go to the magic of the practice, that is life itself.
