Spring Detox Green Smoothies

We welcome Spring with delicious and nutritious smoothies with vegetables and fruits.

Drinking Smoothies is the best way to Detox, as they offer all the necessary heathly  ingredients and vitamins our body needs!

Spring is the best season to visit your neighborhood grocery store and start making your own smoothies quick and easy!

Below you will find 2 super green detox Smoothies you must Try!

smoothie 1:

2 cups of chopped kale leaves

1 banana or avocado

1 pear or apple

½ cup of coco milk or alternatively almond milk

½ cup of water

1 tablespoon of flax seed

We poor all the ingredients in the blended and mix well, till our smoothie is ready!

smoothie 2:

2 cups of baby spinach

3 cups of cold grapes

1 ½ cup of cold green tea without added sugar

1 avocado

2 teaspoons of bio honey

Just put all the ingredients in the blender and mix well, until smooth.
