During Summer, salads can be a great lunch and dinner option for us to get food with vitamins and other nutritional superfood punches. But not all salads are equally healthy. Unfortunately, too many times we start with a healthy base and quickly add on high calorie, and sugary sauces and toppings especially if our salad is not home made.
