Bhavana Yoga Center is a place for mind & body practices. It has a holistic approach to everyday life for contemporary people. It offers guidance for a lifestyle that maintains balance and promotes wellness through the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda.

Mango drink with coconut milk

½ cup mangο cubes 1 cup coconut milk Water  ½ cup Lime juice from ½ lime Blend the mango pieces well, add the coconut milk, lime juice, and water and blend all together. Serve cold! You can add some agave or stevia if you would like it to have a sweeter taste.
