Bhavana Yoga is a place for mind & body practices. It has a holistic approach to everyday life for contemporary people. It offers guidance for a lifestyle that maintains balance and promotes wellness through the teachings of Yoga and Ayurveda. We primarily teach classes and workshops based on the Anusara Yoga® method. Additionally, we offer a variety of other yoga classes, pilates, acroyoga, yoga swings and meditation classes, aiming at helping people of all ages and abilities live healthier and more fulfilling lives.
